We are registered in England and Wales under company number 14894135 and we have our registered office at 113-115 Belvoir Road, Coalville, LE67 3PH. Data Protection registration number Z3601004. We are responsible under data protection laws for our processing of your personal information which we also refer to as personal data in this Policy. Your personal information means any data which, either by itself or with other data held by us or available to us, can be used to identify you. Further details of the personal information we process about you is set out below in this Policy.
We understand that your privacy is extremely important to you. We may use your data for the above purposes to fulfil our legitimate interest of managing our legal agreement with you and where otherwise required to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations and where permitted by the GDPR. If you do not provide us with your personal information, we will not be able to lend to you.
We may also use your information for other purposes where you have consented to this (see below).
