Delivery

We offer Next Day Delivery on most items if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday. 1-3 days if ordered after 2pm.

The cost of delivery depends on the weight of your order with our delivery options being £1.99, £4.99, and £9.99.

Returns Policy

You have a fourteen-day cooling-off period in accordance with our online return policy and conditions. We will process the refund due to you as soon as we possibly can and within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation within the cooling off period. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you unless the delivery charge also included other Products which have not been cancelled. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If you returned the product because it was defective and subject to us confirming this, we will also refund the cost of you returning the Product to us by normal post.
